Mentor

Mentors are experienced staff who guide and advise mentees in their personal and/or professional goals to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees.

Mentee

Mentees are current trainees or early career staff who want guidance and advice to further their personal and/or professional goals to be successful. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
